We love Hanoi and we want to share our food and culture with every one! We have specially selected our dishes to show the very best of Hanoi and Vietnam. The ingredients we choose enhance the flavor and support local farmers who farm organic basiclly. Our staff are all students, eager to promote Vietnam and learn about other cultures.
Nguyen
Chef Nguyen was trained from KoTo, the disadvantage training organization. Food is his passion. He keens on using fresh local ingredients for his cooking. His art is in creating delicious and surprising menu that will overwhelm guest every sense.
Chef Nguyen focuses on traditional ingredients, recipes and cuisine that have been practiced in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam for centuries. Nguyen’s food preparation is an art that attracts eyes.
Nguyen said “I want to use the best local produce available to us to create honest tasty food that reflects the Hanoi Food Culture and lifestyle.” He loves the quote “ People who love to eat are alway the best people”.
